In July, the medical team participated in the opening ceremony of the “Bethel” medical center, belonging to the Armenian Evangelical Community, where community leader Rev. Harut Selimyan expressed his gratitude to Armenian doctors for their daily professional assistance.

Following the good tradition, the 5th medical group handed over medical supplies to medical establishments in Aleppo, specifically to the “DARMANATUN” company. On July 22, children from the “National Refuge” orphanage, accompanied by members of the Syrian Red Cross, visited the permanent base of the Armenian humanitarian mission in Aleppo. Several events were organized during the meeting where gifts were presented to the orphanage children by the leadership of the mission.

The mission's specialists delivered essential supplies and food to the children of the Armenian community's orphanage and the national refuge in Aleppo. Daily efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus pandemic and disinfection measures are continuously carried out at the humanitarian mission's permanent base. Despite various restrictions and difficulties related to the pandemic in Aleppo, the humanitarian team continues to fulfill its mission.
