10 Employees of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Dismissed by Prime Minister's Decision

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed decisions regarding several dismissals. Specifically, the following officials have been relieved of their duties:

1. Karen Bahatur Avanesyan, Head of the Department for Armenian Communities in Europe of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

2. Natalia Shavarshi Danielyan, Head of the Department for Relations with Armenian Communities in Western Europe of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

3. Gohar Rafiki Sahakyan, Head of the Department for Relations with Armenian Communities in South America and Australia of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

4. Grigor Mikhaili Arshakyan, Head of the Department for Repatriation and Research of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

5. Anahit Hovhannis Davtyan, Head of the Department for Relations with Armenian Organizations, International and Church Organizations of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

6. Khnar Petrosyan, Head of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

7. Levon Karen Antonian, Head of the Department for Armenian Communities in the Middle East and Central Asia of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

8. Taron Artashes Shagoyan, Head of the Department for Relations with Neighboring Diaspora of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

9. Eliz Albert Gevorgyan, Head of the Research Division of the Department for Repatriation and Research of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.

10. Edgar Armeni Hovsepian, Head of the Department for Relations with Armenian Communities in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova of the Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, was dismissed effective July 28, 2020.
