VIDEO: Today’s government is leading the country to a place from which everyone is now fleeing, Robert Kocharyan
There is no clear descriptor that characterizes today’s foreign policy of Armenia. This was stated today, July 29, by the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan during an interview with three television companies, responding to a question about how he would characterize today’s foreign policy.
“Most of today’s government has come from NGOs formed during the second wave of globalization and are pursuing that policy, and now the whole country is being led to a place from which everyone is fleeing. These debates about national values and attitudes towards the church, which are components of the identity of various nations, are trying to be removed from our culture, our educational programs,” said the second president.
He concluded by stating that if these two factors are not understood correctly, the direction of our foreign policy will be unclear.
