How to Appoint Rescuers Who Have Not Completed Military Service: Tigran Avinyan Signs New Decision

The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, has signed a decision regarding the appointment procedures and conditions for citizens exempt from compulsory military service or benefiting from deferment who do not hold a military rank, to positions in the medium and junior groups of the Rescue Service.

According to Article 32, Part 10 of the Law on Rescue Service of the Republic of Armenia:

1. Establish the regulations and conditions for appointing citizens exempt from compulsory military service or benefiting from deferment to positions in the medium and junior groups of the Rescue Service, in accordance with the attached document.
2. This decision will become effective the day after its official publication.
