MP Hayk Sargsyan's White Shorja Beach Operating Without Tax Registration, Without Cash Register Receipts: Arsen Babayan
A public misconception arose regarding the incident at White Shorja, suggesting that the primary wrongdoing by government MP Hayk Sargsyan was failing to wear a mask. This was noted by Arsen Babayan, a member of the 'Homeland' party, on his Facebook page.
'Not wearing a mask was the least significant aspect of the entire situation since many people commit such acts and face administrative penalties. There’s nothing extraordinary about this. Of course, the government officials did everything to limit the issue to just the mask, even conducting self-compensation for the issue. However, the main problem is much deeper and more dangerous,' Babayan stated.
According to Babayan, MP Hayk Sargsyan is personally engaged in entrepreneurial activity in violation of the 'Public Service Law.' 'There is plenty of evidence. For instance, White Shorja is transforming from a swamp into the largest beach, and everyone is thanking Hayk Sargsyan for it. No one can convince you that people were expressing gratitude to Hayk because he is the best swamp expert in Armenia or the only and finest specialist in transforming swamps into beaches. It is clear to everyone that the thanks are for the business he created.'
'I have also published such evidence. The matter revolves around Hayk working behind the bar at White Shorja's bar using the cash register system. Notably, there is an interesting circumstance in that picture. Look carefully at the first picture’s beverage rack, which is empty, and then the second picture, where the drinks are neatly arranged. The question arises: how could Hayk accidentally find himself in a place where the drinks were not yet arranged for such a short time? The answer is obvious. Hayk was not only at his own beach all day on the day of the party, but he had been there personally the days prior, overseeing the beach's operations.
Moreover, the beach owned by Hayk operates without tax registration and lacks cash register receipts (the device does not exist), the stage was ordered without a contract, and the prohibited concert was organized without a contract with the singer, there are no registered workers; thus, no taxes have been paid to the state.
This reminds me of Nikol Pashinyan's stories about military thieves and cash register avoiders. After all this, if the government does not take action and does not bring the issue of stripping Hayk of his parliamentary mandate to the agenda, then there is nothing left to understand but that Nikol Pashinyan personally sponsors the law-breaking MP, granting him complete freedom to earn illegally.
Time will reveal everything, and the real revolution, which was stolen from the people, will return to the people... P.S. Lilith Makunts knew all of this very well because she apparently enjoyed her life at that beach days ago, according to rumors in the air. After all this, if I am called a liar, there is really no grounds for taking offense,' he wrote.
