Meeting with the 'Demanding Applicant' Initiative Members at the National Assembly Tomorrow
Anna Kostanyan, a member of the 'Bright Armenia' faction, wrote on her Facebook page: "Tomorrow at 11:00 AM, at the National Assembly, we will meet with the members of the #DemandingApplicant initiative in the presence of members from three factions to discuss their proposals and further possible steps.
This issue must have an objective, fair, and acceptable solution for the demanding applicants, as this year, due to the pandemic and the Ministry's poorly calculated decisions, these children have suffered. Therefore, the future decisions made by the competent authority should align with the interests of these applicants and be in their favor, considering a few simple mistakes made by the Ministry: - the procedure for taking one exam, which is an obvious and gross violation of the law, - the rule of applying with more than one application when priority is given only to the first application, whether paid or free. In this case, the logic of submitting multiple applications is lost.
All committees of the National Assembly have been informed in advance about tomorrow's meeting, and any member of parliament can freely attend the discussion. Knowledge should never be subordinated."
