Information Received About Police Special Forces Being Deployed Near Amulsar: HBCF

The Armenian Environmental Front (HBCF) has released a statement on their Facebook page, indicating that they have received information regarding the deployment of police special forces near Amulsar. Residents of the Jermuk community are currently gathering there to once again demand that the six workers, who create an impression of 'restoration work' in the area, leave the site.

In such a complex and dangerous situation, we find it crucial for the entire community and residents of nearby places in Vayots Dzor to mobilize—this includes not only men but also women and children. Police violence must be excluded.
