Six Deceased Patients Had Underlying Chronic Conditions

As of July 27, at 11:00 AM, a total of 37,390 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 26,665 have recovered, and 711 resulted in death. Currently, 9,793 patients are receiving treatment for coronavirus disease. In total, 157,466 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have confirmed 73 new cases of coronavirus disease and 187 recoveries.

Regarding the death cases, the Ministry of Health reports that the patients were aged 63 (male), 81 (female), 54 (male), 68 (female), 80 (female), and 56 (male). All had underlying chronic conditions.

The previous day, one death case was recorded where the patient was confirmed to have a coronavirus infection; however, the death was due to another illness. The total number of such cases is 221.
