Putin and Erdogan Discuss Tensions Between Armenia and Azerbaijan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan during a phone call today.

“Erdogan and Putin discussed steps aimed at strengthening bilateral relations during the phone conversation. They also addressed the tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as events happening in the region,” the statement from the Turkish presidential office said.
