Private Arthur Muradyan Posthumously Awarded the Combat Service Medal

President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree to posthumously award Private Arthur Bagrat Muradyan the Combat Service Medal.

"Based on the Prime Minister's recommendation, in accordance with Article 136 of the Constitution and Parts 1 and 9 of Article 5.3 of the Law on State Awards and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia, for the bravery and dedication demonstrated while defending the borders of the homeland, Private Arthur Bagrat Muradyan, a conscript of the Ministry of Defense’s N military unit, is to be posthumously awarded the Combat Service Medal," the presidential decree states.
