It Is Important to Understand What Agenda Will Underpin This Return: Tigran Abrahamyan

In the last week, various statements have been made from Russia, attempting to create a platform for negotiations to return Azerbaijan. This was reported by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the ‘Henaket’ analytical center and former advisor on security issues to the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

He particularly noted, “It is crucial to understand what agenda will underpin this return, because following the hostilities in Tavush, it is very important to diplomatically solidify our victory and its so-called capitalization. A lot depends on the processes occurring during this pivotal period regarding how Azerbaijan will behave in the coming years and what course the actions at the border will take.”
