“I just had a phone conversation with Hayk Sargsyan, and he informed me that he has not organized any event and is currently staying in a resort area where other citizens are also resting. He mentioned that he displayed carelessness by being in a crowded place without wearing a mask. Hayk Sargsyan is seeking the pardon of the ‘My Step’ faction.
