Azerbaijan's Ambassador in France Recognizes Stepanakert as the Capital of Artsakh

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to France, Rakhim Mustafayev, made a post on his Twitter account, accompanied by a regional map that marks Stepanakert as the capital of Artsakh.

The ambassador wrote: “War should not be considered inevitable. France could play a leading role through the Minsk Group, taking advantage of the existing distrust towards our older brother, Russia.”
