Arthur Danielyan Charged in Incident Involving Alen Simonian

Arthur Danielyan has been charged today under Article 258, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia for hooliganism with the use of violence, in connection with the incident involving Alen Simonian, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, and the head of the 'Adekvad' party.

This information has been confirmed in a conversation with the Special Investigation Service. As a preventive measure, a signature not to leave the country has been imposed on Danielyan.
