Arakel Movsesyan's Son Released

Recently, lawyer Gor Gevorgyan informed ArmLur.am that the court has released Arakel Movsesyan's son, Davit Movsesyan.

Davit Movsesyan was in custody as a preventive measure in connection with the criminal case regarding the death of conscript Vahram Avagyan. It is noteworthy that Davit Movsesyan was charged under Part 3 of Article 359 of the RA Criminal Code, namely, for violating the regulations governing the relations of military personnel in the absence of a hierarchical relationship, which has negligently resulted in serious consequences.
