Azerbaijani singer Aslan Akhmadov, residing in Moscow, has made a passionate appeal to his compatriots to stop all forms of provocations. The call was made through a post on social media by Mariam Hovsepyan, a political analyst of Armenian descent.

Akhmadov emphasized that local Azerbaijanis do not require these conflicts, which serve only the interests of the authorities in Baku. He cited personal experiences, stating that he felt afraid to identify as Azerbaijani while shopping the previous day. He shared an example of a friendly Armenian taxi driver who safely transported him to his destination, expressing gratitude for the driver’s kindness in a time of heightened tensions.
