Onik Gasparyan's Combat Appeal to Commanders and Soldiers
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Shushan Stepanyan, has published the combat appeal of the Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Onik Gasparyan. This appeal was directed to commanders and soldiers during the operations carried out in the northeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border.
