16-Year-Old Drowns in Irrigation Reservoir in Ginevet
On July 24, at 06:17 AM, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report that a citizen was drowning in an irrigation reservoir located at the end of the Ginevet village (approximately 8 meters deep), and rescue assistance was needed.
A rapid response team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Ararat regional rescue department, along with two fire units from the special water rescue squad and a diver, was dispatched to the scene.
It was found that Mushag M., born in 2004 and a resident of Ginevet village, had drowned in a reservoir located on the lands of Aigezard village (depth approximately 7 meters).
