I Wasn't Informed That I Had to Speak: Candidate for Constitutional Court Judge Fails First Speech
WRed
The Armenian government has nominated Vahram Avetisyan for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court. During the government meeting, Avetisyan was given time to introduce himself; however, nervousness and lack of preparation led to the failure of his first speech.
“I wasn’t informed that I was supposed to speak. I will present my approaches in more detail at the National Assembly,” said Avetisyan, adding that he might be able to answer questions instead. This was followed by Prime Minister Pashinyan’s request for him to present his biography.
