The Opponent Has Fallen into a Trap, But That Does Not Mean They Were in a State of Final Captivity, Says A. Hovhannisyan
Based on the battlefield situation, the opponent has fallen into a trap, but that does not mean they were in a state of final captivity. This was stated by Artur Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and a military expert, during a conversation with "Haykakan Jamanak" while discussing the recent attempted attack by the opponent on the Armenian "Anvakh" position in Tavush.
It is noteworthy that last night, the Armenian Ministry of Defense announced that Azerbaijani special forces had launched yet another attack on the Armenian "Anvakh" position in Tavush. The Armenian armed forces managed to repel the attack, inflicting casualties on the opponent. According to preliminary data, along with casualties, the opponent's special forces also had servicemen trapped who were unable to accomplish their mission.
Following the unsuccessful attack by the Azerbaijani armed forces' special units, an additional reconnaissance is being conducted to better understand the situation.
Artur Hovhannisyan noted that the opponent has suffered casualties, but he could not specify the number.
