Azerbaijan is Working Against Russia in the US: I Have Evidence, Mayor Suren Sargsyan

I believe it is obvious to everyone that the resolution passed by the House of Representatives yesterday is not only anti-Armenian but also anti-Russian. This was stated by Mayor Suren Sargsyan on his Facebook page, accompanied by a document.

He specifically noted, “The resolution has been put into circulation funded by the Azerbaijani embassy, and I am sure they also wrote the text. I have sufficient grounds (contracts, correspondence, etc.) to prove that Azerbaijan funded the adoption of this resolution in order to strike Russia through us as well. I am ready to provide these to the authorities for the purpose of transferring them to the Russian side.”

Azerbaijan is also working against Russia in the US, and this fact should elicit a response from Russia as well. I am publishing one of the available contracts attached.
