VIDEO: Burning Transformer at HPP in Argel Village

Facebook user Mariam Hovhannisyan today, on July 20, at around 02:10, live-streamed the burning transformer at the HPP in Argel village.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that on July 19, at 20:40, the Crisis Management National Center received a call regarding a fire at the transformer of the HPP in Argel village. Five firefighting units from the Kotayk regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 21:44, and firefighters are currently conducting cooling operations.
