Video: Azerbaijani Community Attacks Armenian Embassy in Britain

Representatives of the Azerbaijani community have attacked the Armenian Embassy in Great Britain, located in the Kingston area of London, Anet Moskofyan, the head of the London Armenian National Committee, told Yerkir.am in an interview.

She reported that the police were unable to maintain control over the situation, forcing members of the Armenian community to confront the Azerbaijanis.

The situation escalated after a discussion was attempted at the Palace of Communities in Great Britain regarding Azerbaijan's aggression against Armenia, a proposal that garnered signatures from only four individuals out of approximately 150 and ultimately failed.

Azerbaijani protesters gathered in front of the Armenian Embassy. Initially, the number of police present was very small, and the Azerbaijanis exhibited aggressive behavior toward the Armenians, attempting to incite a brawl. At the request of the Armenian community representatives, the police reinforcement arrived, allowing them to subdue the Azerbaijani crowd.
