How pleasant it is when your commander during your years of service is awarded the title of general by the Prime Minister, and you learn about it from the press. This was noted by Hakob Arshakyan, the Minister of High Tech Industry of Armenia, on his Facebook page.

“This is the new Armenia—with all its beautiful colors. Mr. General, may you serve with honor for the glory of the Republic of Armenia,” he added, referring to Andranik Piloyan, the commander of the 5th Army Corps.
