I Wish Peace for Our Homeland and Pray for Wounded Soldiers: Mkhitaryan

I am following with great concern the reports in recent days about the tension at our homeland's borders and targeted settlements, wrote Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the captain of the Armenian national team, on his Facebook page.

“I want to express my solidarity with our brave soldiers who heroically defend our homeland at the cost of their lives. With deep sorrow, I extend my condolences to the families of our fallen heroes and pray for the swift recovery of the wounded soldiers. I wish peace for our homeland. I am with you. Heno,” Mkhitaryan wrote.
