Davitt Tonoyan Establishes Contact with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office’s Personal Representative Andzhey Kasprzycki

The Minister of Defense, Davitt Tonoyan, has established contact with the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office’s Personal Representative, Ambassador Andzhey Kasprzycki. Tonoyan presented the situation created at the state border of Armenia from 03:40, noting that the Azerbaijani side has numerous wounded and casualties.

The Minister of Defense informed that the Azerbaijani incursions against the borders of Armenia are being thwarted by all available forces and means.
