Air Temperature Expected to Reach +38…+40 Degrees, Says Gagik Surenyan
The Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, Gagik Surenyan, made a Facebook post stating, "On July 19-20, an anomalously high thermal backdrop is expected in the Ararat and Armavir regions, in the foothills of Aragats, in the valleys of Syunik, and in Yerevan, with daytime temperatures reaching +38…+40 degrees. On those days, high fire danger situations are also anticipated in the valley and foothill areas of the republic," he wrote.
