Advisor to the Minister of Health of Armenia, Ashot Sargsyan, has published photos on his Facebook page, stating: "Azerbaijanis are fleeing in panic. Despite the fact that the Armenian side is not targeting settlements, residents of neighboring areas are still trying to leave."
