Zohrab Mnatsakanyan Has Phone Conversation with CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas

On July 13, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a phone conversation with CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas. This was announced by the Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan on her Facebook page.

Minister Mnatsakanyan provided detailed information to the CSTO Secretary General regarding the violations of the ceasefire carried out by the Azerbaijani armed forces using artillery in the Tavush region of Armenia since July 12, the resumption of these actions on the morning of July 13, and the potential consequences of the further escalation of the situation.

The Foreign Minister emphasized the unacceptability of such actions against a CSTO member state. A constant communication with the CSTO Secretary General is being maintained, and efforts within the CSTO framework continue.
