Remote Learning Is Terrible: Schools Must Reopen in the Fall, Says President Donald Trump

United States President Donald Trump has criticized remote learning, calling it "terrible." He shared his thoughts on his official Twitter page.

“Now that we have seen it on a broader scale, it is clear that remote learning is terrible compared to receiving an education in a school or university. They can’t even be compared. Schools must reopen in the fall. If they do not reopen, why should the federal government provide funding? It will not,” wrote Trump.

It is worth noting that earlier, the U.S. President stated that he would pressure governors to reopen schools in the fall. He also threatened to not only press state authorities but also to cut federal funding to schools that refuse to reopen and operate normally.
