Zhamanak: VivaSell Prepares to Auction Its Shares

Zhamanak newspaper reports: Serious developments are underway in the telecommunications sector of Armenia. Even before the "Ucom"-"Beeline"-"Team" sale transaction has been finalized, according to Zhamanak’s information, "VivaSell" is also preparing to sell its shares.

We have learned that an announcement regarding the sale will be made in two weeks. Previously, there was an interest in conducting a private sale; however, there have been no interested buyers. Some interest was shown from Qatar, but that interest was limited. After that, the decision was made to make information about the company’s sale public. At this moment, nothing is known about potential buyers.
