I Can’t Believe That We Had Our Last Conversation: Tatevik Revazyan on Karen Vardanyan
The Chairperson of the Civil Aviation Committee, Tatevik Revazyan, made a post on her Facebook page expressing her condolences on the passing of the Executive Director of the ATDC, Karen Vardanyan.
“Dear Karen, I simply can’t believe that we had our last conversation. You have been one of the greatest sources of inspiration in my life. The stories you shared about how you built the IT sector in Armenia have had a profound impact on me. Your tales taught me how a few dedicated individuals can change an entire industry. You showed me how to achieve great goals with limited resources, vivid imagination, and creative thinking. You demonstrated how to love Armenia unconditionally. You opened my eyes to see the remarkable potential our children have in the most remote villages of Armenia. You never doubted me, never doubted in the power of young people. You always found time to meet and share your knowledge.
Now, we are among the fortunate ones who have the great honor of having known you and the great responsibility of continuing your work. Our little Monte will also grow up remembering and learning from your massive legacy. Paruyr and I were eagerly waiting for the day we would introduce you to Monte. I am sincerely grateful. My condolences to your family and our country,” wrote Tatevik Revazyan.
