Will Ucom Recalculate with Subscribers After the Communication Regulation Process?
It is already known that for the past two days, Ucom's services have been partially or entirely unavailable to subscribers due to technical issues. Although the company has provided an official clarification stating that the technical problems are in the process of being resolved and has asked for subscribers' understanding for the inconveniences caused, it has also noted that the internet connection issue is in the recovery phase.
However, in an interview with Auroranews, the press service of Ucom responded to our inquiry regarding whether a recalculation would be conducted with subscribers for the lack of internet service. The media service indicated that there is still no clear decision on how the issue of subscribers’ compensation will be resolved, and they communicated that the company's product department is currently considering a solution that will satisfy all subscribers, including both individual and corporate clients.
