“They Deceived Us”: 200 Employees of ‘Hayinkasatsia’ Will Be Left Unemployed
The employees of ‘Hayinkasatsia’ LLC will remain unemployed. “We were told that everyone would be placed in ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’. We submitted a request to resign from ‘Hayinkasatsia’ and then to join ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’. But it turned out that ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’ closed down yesterday,” employees told Panorama.am.
“‘Hayinkasatsia’ has earned a lot of money, currently having 2.5 million dollars in its account, we repeat, dollars. We worked 12-13 hours a day to keep the cash collection operational, so we could all work, but we were deceived,” they added, mentioning that in recent days they have studied various countries’ experiences and concluded that most European and CIS countries have state cash collection services.
Several employees' rights are being represented by lawyer Alexander Kochubaev. In a conversation with Auroranews, the lawyer stated that the employees were first asked to submit resignation letters from ‘Hayinkasatsia’ and then a second request was taken according to which they were supposed to join ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’.
“‘Yerevaninkasatsia’ belongs to Khachatur Sukiasyan. At the moment when everyone signed the resignation letters, it was revealed that ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’ would not be providing cash collection services. To prevent unrest among the employees, it was initially stated that ‘Hayinkasatsia’ was dissolving, but you will not be left without a job, you will come to ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’. But as soon as the last person signed the resignation, they said, ‘Yerevaninkasatsia’ does not exist,” the lawyer noted.
