Rubens Rubinyan, a member of the ruling 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly, made a post on his Facebook page:

“The ECHR rejected the application of 3 former judges of the Constitutional Court and the former president Hrayr Tovmasyan against Armenia, in which the applicants, among other things, requested to suspend the implementation of the constitutional amendments as interim measures,” he noted.
