Five New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Stepanakert

According to information received from the Ministry of Health of Artsakh, a new outbreak of the coronavirus has been identified in Stepanakert. The contact circle of 2 citizens who are considered carriers of this outbreak is being clarified, and sampling is being conducted for testing from the contacts.

Additionally, 3 new cases have been registered among individuals who were in contact with previously confirmed cases. In total, there are 5 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Stepanakert, with the overall number of confirmed cases to date reaching 141.

At the same time, 1 person diagnosed with COVID-19 has overcome the infection and has left the isolation facility. Currently, 91 individuals are in isolation, and 29 citizens are actively overcoming the illness. The health condition of a patient with chronic diseases and bilateral pneumonia remains severe. The health conditions of two other patients are assessed as moderate.

In total, 2,437 tests have been conducted.
