Charentsavan Mayor Confident He Has Contracted Coronavirus Despite Not Taking Test

Charentsavan Mayor Hakob Shahgaldyan has contracted the coronavirus. In an interview with LURER.com, Mayor Shahgaldyan stated he had previously noticed the infection and immediately ceased contact with other individuals. Although he has not taken a test yet, two days ago it was confirmed that he has pneumonia.

"Since the 3rd of the month, I have lost my sense of taste and smell, and my temperature has been steadily rising. I immediately consulted a doctor, underwent tests, and now I am receiving appropriate treatment at home, after which a new test will be done to determine if the result is positive or not. I am taking a systemic treatment three times a day; my condition is fine, and I can say that I am already living a normal life. My sense of taste and smell has returned," stated Shahgaldyan, emphasizing that everything is well with his family members, though he is also isolating from them and they are living in separate apartments.
