Maximum Speed Limit Set to 60 km/h on All Streets of Yerevan

In order to improve traffic safety and prevent road traffic accidents, the maximum allowable speed for vehicles on certain road sections in Yerevan, where the existing speed limit exceeds 60 km/h, will be changed. Starting from July 18, 2020, the speed limit on these sections will be set to 60 km/h.

The affected road sections include:

1. Isaakyan Avenue
2. Tbilisi Highway
3. Monte Melkonyan Street
4. Acharian Street
5. Davit-Bek Street
6. Myasnikyan Avenue
7. Saralanj Avenue
8. Ashtarak Highway

With this change, the maximum allowable speed for vehicle traffic across the entire territory of Yerevan will be set to 60 km/h starting July 18, 2020.
