Highways in Armenia Open, Larsi Passable Only for Freight Vehicles

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the highways in Armenia are accessible. According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Federation's Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, due to the state of emergency, the Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open only for freight transportation.

According to the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision to prohibit entry for foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight shipments.
