Doctor Hayk Manasyan addressed the recommendations of the Armenian government and the emergency situation committee regarding the coronavirus, particularly focusing on the advice for citizens to wear masks and change them every 3 hours. He posted photos from a press conference by Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan and wrote:

“The mask should be changed immediately after it gets wet. When it's 35 degrees outside or inside, the mask gets wet from sweat in 3 minutes. And look, my head of the non-existent health ministry, you sweated in 3 minutes, and your mask got wet. However, you, wiping your sweat, still didn't change the mask, proving that wearing a mask is merely a show, not a measure against the epidemic.”
