Gagik Tsarukyan Is Isolated at Home Under Medical Supervision

The leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, who has been infected with the coronavirus, is currently isolating at his private residence and receiving treatment at home. His lawyer, Emin Khachatryan, informed NEWS.am about the situation.

"He is receiving drip treatment at home and is under the supervision of doctors from the 'Erebuni' Medical Center. He has had slight fevers, reporting temperatures of 37.1 and 37.3, but he is now feeling better and is no longer experiencing fever. There are signs of pneumonia present. He has isolated himself at home, primarily out of concern for his 88-year-old mother and 92-year-old father," the lawyer stated.

He also mentioned that a court session is scheduled for Tuesday at the Court of Appeals, which will likely take place without Tsarukyan’s participation. His involvement will be discussed later, depending on his health condition.

It is worth noting that information about Gagik Tsarukyan's infection became public on June 30. Tsarukyan’s eldest son has also been infected with the coronavirus.
