Criminal Case Investigated Against Former Chief of Investigative Committee Arghvan Hovsepyan

Sources from the Investigative Committee have stated that several investigators were appointed during Hovsepyan's tenure as head of the Committee, raising concerns about the appropriateness of the investigation into his case being conducted within the same body.

As a result, the leadership of the Investigative Committee has decided to transfer the criminal case to the Special Investigation Service, taking into account these circumstances.
