Prime Minister Pashinyan Congratulates President Putin on Successful Nationwide Vote for Constitutional Amendments

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation.

“I congratulate you on the successful holding of the nationwide vote regarding the approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This event, of course, has significant importance for the further strengthening of Russia's statehood. I am confident that the changes made to the country’s fundamental law, which have received the overwhelming support of Russian society, create conditions conducive to the country’s further progress and its socio-economic development. I wish you and the fraternal people of the Russian Federation peace, prosperity, and success,” the message reads.
