77.92% of Russians Vote in Favor of Constitutional Amendments, 21.27% Against
The Central Electoral Commission of Russia has processed all records regarding the constitutional amendments. According to the data, 77.92% of Russians supported the changes, while 21.27% voted against them. This information was reported by the news agency RIA Novosti.
Voter turnout for the referendum was approximately 65%.
