Putin Votes in Russia's Constitutional Amendments Referendum

Russian President Vladimir Putin participated in the nationwide referendum on constitutional amendments on July 1. This was reported by the TASS news agency.

The president did not use personal protective equipment, appearing without a mask or gloves. However, a member of the electoral commission who handed him the ballot was wearing a mask and gloves. While Putin was at the polling station, there were no other voters present, but observers were in attendance.
