Robert Kocharian Re-Elected to the Board of Directors of Sistema Financial Corporation

Robert Kocharian has been re-elected as an independent director to the Board of Directors of Sistema Public Joint Stock Company for the 11th time. Vladimir Yevtushenkov has been re-elected as the chairman of the board. The vice-chairpersons are Anna Belova, a professor at the Higher School of Economics, and Andrei Dubovskiy, the former president of Sistema Corporation and former chairman of the board of directors of MTS.
