The deputy mayor of Kars, Ahmed Arslan, proudly reports to their media that they aim to restore the monuments of the city of Ani, which are of significant importance for 'Turkish history,' in order to present THEIR history to the entire world. Of course, there is no mention of the fact that Ani is an ancient Armenian capital and that the Turks in Ani are merely an unwelcome barbaric ethnicity.
