National Assembly Fully Approves Constitutional Amendments in Second Reading

The National Assembly has fully approved the draft amendments to the Constitution in the second reading. A total of 89 lawmakers voted in favor of the project, with no votes against it.
It should be noted that the 'Enlightened Armenia' and 'Prosperous Armenia' factions were absent from the session and did not participate in the voting.
