Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted on his Facebook page: "The National Assembly adopted the constitutional amendments, which dismiss the current president of the Constitutional Court, while three members of the Court are being sent into retirement.

Also adopted was an amendment to the 'Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly' law, which will come into force once signed by the President of the Republic. After that, the Speaker of the National Assembly will announce the package of constitutional amendments, and from that moment, the president of the Constitutional Court will be considered dismissed, and the powers of the three judges of the Constitutional Court will be terminated.
