Nikol Pashinyan Signs New Decision to Create Working Group

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision to create an interagency working group, approve its individual composition, and nullify the decision No 582-A of June 30, 2016, by the Prime Minister of Armenia.

Based on Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government and Article 37 of the Law on Normative Legal Acts:

1. With the aim of ensuring the effective implementation of the Seismic Safety Improvement Program of the Republic of Armenia and coordinating the activities of the concerned state bodies in this process, an interagency working group shall be created, and its individual composition shall be approved according to the appendix.
2. The decision No 582-A “On the Creation of a Working Group and Approval of Its Individual Composition” dated June 30, 2016, by the Prime Minister of Armenia shall be invalidated.
